Mine was a gift for my mom. The emails about design and customer service were quick. There was a small error in the design that really didnt matter but the company offered to send a new ball which makes me happy to support the company. My mom loved hers, had some happy tears. It looked great.

Overall, I love the globe looks just like him.
The only thing is is the shipping took longer than I expected, but it's very understandable and I love the globe.
I would buy it again and I would recommend it to anybody who has lost a pet to buy one of these Because it helps with his memories.

For people who are hesitant to buy this, I'm here to set your minds at ease, when I got it in it was well packaged considering I also brought shipping protection. Yes, the package did arrive at the wrong location at one point during the ship but I still managed to get it and when I did I was expecting it to be small but I was wrong, I was the perfect size. So, for anyone who is wanting to buy this, I'll say it's worth the money.
